The Carpe Viam team is growing
Carpe Viam is growing. More and more companies are looking for our methods to explore their full potential, including hard and soft facts. Along with our growth we are glad to welcome two additional team members: Anja Kiefer and Elke Ranger.
Anja uses economic education and experience as well as her substantial coaching practice. She successfully led numerous change processes. Beyond that she offers trainings for coaches.
Elke owns educational, teaching and economic know how which she applies to guide change processes. Communication and team building are her special areas of competence.
The Carpe Viam team is glad to support clients with additional competence and capacity.

Study „Factors of Success in Change Processes"
In 2008, the study „Factors of Success in Change Processes" was started, scientifically surveyed by Dr. Achim Michalke, Professor with a chair in Technical Management at the University of Applied Science in Braunschweig / Wolfenbuettel (Germany).
